I love my bananas with a lot of cell death.
I grow bananas. The best banana is the brown banana..we don't eat ours when they are yellow. AND we eat the whole banana! Yes! We eat the peel! We grow organic.
So....do we eat them or nah
They actually become healthier the riper they become.
I love mine right as all the green is gone and it's completely yellow when it taste sweet and sugary. I get the ones from south America I forget what there called.
It doesn't change anything, you can still eat that so far as it's not rotten. Y'all want to make it look like everything has to be in perfect shape, there's nothing like perfection on earth dude.

The brown discoloration on skin means it has more TNF, better for muffins or bread too..
