En este minitutorial muestro como instalar y sincronizar la diadema mindwave mobile 2 de manera básica en windows. Estoy usando esta diadema (headset) para proyectos de neurofeedback y neurotraining en programas de manejo del stress y gestión de emociones con reprogramación cerebral a través de técnicas de mindfulness y tonos binaurales. In this demo, I control a toy robot with my brain :-) - If I concentrate the robot goes forward. - If I meditate, the robot turns left. The EEG headset I am using to analyze my brainwaves is the Neurosky Mindwave Mobile. The remote of the toy robot - aka "The Bug" - is hacked and connected to an Arduino microcontroller. To control the robot I used these 2 simple principles: - meditation produces alpha waves (frequency range: 7.5-12.5 Hz) - attention produces beta waves (frequency range: 12.5-30 Hz) So by isolating these 2 frequencies in my brainwaves, I can trigger the right signals to control the robot. Here is the chain of events: 1. The EEG headset records my brainwaves. 2. The brainwaves are analyzed on my computer to isolate the right frequencies. 3. The computer is connected to an Arduino microcontroller. The Arduino gets a specific input for each frequency detected. 5. The Arduino is connected to the robot remote (hacked) EDIT 05/06/2015 To answer a couple of inquiries from people seeking to reproduce this hack: check out Chip Audette's blog. He has done an excellent job documenting how he hacked the Hexbug toy robot: 🤍 I used the instructions on this page to hack the robot. After that, the only difference between our hacks is on the software side: Chip used the OpenBCI to control the robot, and I used the Neurosky because I wanted this to be fairly simple and easy to setup on the go. Добрый день, дорогие друзья. В данном видео мы рассмотрим тему: - Обзор одноканальной неинвазивной нейрогарнитуры MindWave Mobile компании NeuroSky. Корпус MindWave Mobile выполнен из пластика и регулируется под обхват головы пользователя. В качестве элемента питания используется одна батарейка ААА, с рекомендуемым электрическим напряжением 1.5V. При использовании щелочной (алкалиновой) батарейки, обеспечивается до 8 часов непрерывной работы. На корпусе гаджета имеется переключатель с тремя позициями: Включено (On), Выключено (Off) и Сопряжение (Pair) - последняя позиция, при нажатии и удержании еe в течении 3 секунд в позиции Pair , отвечает за режим поиска Bluetooth-соединения. Рядом с переключателем расположен индикатор беспроводной связи. Он имеет два цвета: красный и синий. Мигающий синий режим - гарнитура MindWave Mobile включена и готова к сопряжению с компьютером. Устойчивый синий режим индикатора говорит о том что устройства сопряжены и готовы к работе. Мигающий красный режим говорит говорит о том, что произошел разрыв соединения между устройствами. Устойчивый красный режим индикатора говорит о том, что необходимо заменить батарею в гарнитуре. В версии MindWave Mobile 2 - сопряжение осуществляется автоматически, при включении гарнитуры. На откидной планке расположен один «сухой» электрод, отвечающий за регистрацию нейронной активности. В рабочем состоянии он располагается на лбу над левым глазом (точка Fp1) . На мочке левого уха (точка A1) фиксируется клипса для крепления парного референтного электрода (это нулевой потенциал, относительно которого производится измерение электрической активности мозга). Перед началом работы убедитесь что ваши устройства включены и между ними установлена связь по Bluetooth. В списке доступных устройств выберите MindWave Mobile. А на компьютер установите обучающие приложения. Итак устройства подключены и сопряжены. Запускайте обучающие приложения и погружайтесь в мир инновационных технологий. Благодарю вас за внимание! EEG Meditation app for Android (4.0 or higher) for NeuroSky MindWave Mobile (or MindWave Mobile+, MindWave Mobile 2) headset. You can use it for your meditation practice. Sound in this video is written through microphone and is not really good. App makes a sound signal when the selected by user meditation level threshold is exceeded or not reached, according to your choice. Also you can select a tone or white noise as signal. This sound signal allows you to control your meditation, and in 1-2 seconds to know, that you are out of meditation. This allowes you to make the subtle additional effort to return to the state of meditation, thereby making your practice more efficient and faster. Also, when the level of your meditation exceeds your chosen threshold, a colored bar appears at the bottom of the screen.
