Today in our village, we cook 20 King size crabs each one 2kg. This crab item is very rare in our village. These shells are stronger than normal crabs. We broke the shells first to get inside the masala and make it easier to eat. We call this crab Kali nandu, samba nandu, and Kattu nandu. We cooking crabs by making traditional crab gravy. Ingredients Crab - 1 kg Onion - 4 nos Ginger - 1 nos Garlic - 10 to 12 nos Tomatoes - 2 nos Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs Grated coconut - 1 cup Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Coriander powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp Garam masala - 1 tbsp Mustard seed - 1 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp Method In a pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds, allowing them to sputter. Then add curry leaves and saute them well. Then add the crushed ginger and garlic mix. Saute them well for a few seconds. Add the chopped onions and green chilies and sauté them well. Sprinkle with salt and saute the onions until translucent. Then add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Saute them well until they become transulant. Then add the chopped tomatoes and sauté them well. Then add a sufficient amount of water and mix them well. Cover and boil them well. Remove the lid and add the cleaned crab; mix them well. Cover and cook them well. Take a bowl, add grated coconut and water. Squeeze them well with your fingers. Drain the coconut extract and set it aside. Remove the lid from the cooking pan and mix them well. Then add coconut milk and mix them well. Finally, add some garam masala and curry leaves. Mix and cook for a few minutes. Take the pan off the heat and set it aside. Serve the tasty crab curry with boiled tapioca.
We just cook the Omelette recipe by adding Tasty Seafood Items. We use 150 Eggs, 15KG Prawns and 15KG Crabs. We first steam the prawns and crabs to separate the meat of them, then we fry the meat with masala to give extra taste on the omelette. Finally, we mix it with eggs and some spices. The taste is yummy!

Ingredients Crab /njandu : 750gm (before cleaning) Onion sliced : 2 Tomato chopped : 1 Ginger (crushed) : 1″ piece Garlic (crushed) : 10 cloves Kashmiri chilly powder : 2 tblspn Turmeric powder : 1/4 tspn Coriander powder : 1 tblspn Garam masla powder : 1/2 tblspn Coconut milk : 1 cup Curry leaves : 3 springs Mustard seeds : 1/2 tspn Shallots / kunjulli (sliced) : 10 Curry leaves : 2 springs Coconut oil Salt Method Clean the crab and keep aside. Heat a clay pot (manchatti)/ pan with oil. Once the oil is hot, add mustard seed and let them crackle for a few seconds. Add sliced onion ,small onion ,chilli and salt,saute it well till it turn light brown Now add chilly powder, coriander powder,turmeric powder, garam masala powder ,ginger garlic paste,tomato. Episode 8 Part One Namaste, Greetings from Shirish and Pooja. Welcome to the New Episode of 🤍RedSoilStories It was a rainy day and I was craving for crabs (खेकडे). Hence me and my friends went for catching crabs in nearby river. Traditional crab catching is always observed when seafood is reduced due to monsoon. We caught plenty of crabs and divided them amongst us and I took my portion and returned home. Pooja was ready to cook Crab Curry ( खेकड्याचा रस्सा ) and Crab Masala ( Stuffed crab). It is a traditionally made village food. There are many easy crab recipes, but cleaning the crabs can be tedious. In the first part of this episode Pooja will cook "Maharashtrian Crab Curry" to be specific "Malvani Crab Curry" in a best way to cook crab. There are many ways to cook "Indian Crab Curry" but here Pooja will show Malvani / Konkani Crab Curry. Since we stay at Maharashtra Goa border this crab curry can also be called "Crab Curry Goan Style". The crab curry ingredients are all very simple and easy to get. Pound chilli, garlic, onion, MSG, salt. Add algae, sesame, fish sauce, spring onion, coriander. Mix and pound all.
